Location is in Västra Hamnen, close to Malmö University, Supermarket, and the beach. 6500 sek in rent all included. Deposit is 2 month's rent. The room is 22m² and fully furnished, including a 120cm bed, desk and chair, kitchenette, closets, own bathroom, with access to shared kitchen, gym, study room, and social spaces. There's a pay per use laundry service in the basement. You will need a proof of study. You can borrow my kitchenware if you want.
